Cat 5 Rita Will Disrupt More Refinery Capacity

About a quarter of the US refining capacity is in the Texas gulf coast...and the platforms in the Gulf have to be evacuated...again. Rita is now spinning at about 165 MPH. Here come $4 per gallon gas prices!!!
