Companies Use Personality Tests To Hire People

I had to take a personality test when I was hired on by Koch Industries, so in reality, this should be old news.

Personally, I think it's junk to do this, since this also measures your political alignments, or can be easily construed in such a manner.

This was one of the many things that I disagree with typical 21st Century hiring practices...yes, private companies have to figure out who is best for their organization, but to simply put a test score against a national average for a particular position is just bunk. This is an attempt to limit liability - this is a lawyer thing.
